Christian men live on campus and walk through each day with your son. Bible studies, vulnerable one-on-one conversations and consistent accountability are the minimum standards at Future Men.

Trades & apprenticeships
Every Tuesday and Thursday, every student works at a local business learning a real trade. Students graduate not only knowing the theory of becoming a man, but with the experience of working a real job with genuine responsibilities.

01Discipleship
Not more lecturing.
Someone walking alongside your son every day.
Discipleship here is not a class. The men who mentor your son live on campus. They eat with the students, work beside them and go to church with them every Sunday.
Bible studies, vulnerable one-on-one conversations and consistent accountability are the minimum standard. Your son is known, challenged and expected to own his choices every day.
02Academics
A lesson learned.
A credit earned.
Coursework is prescribed for each student, with staff alongside students every day. A student who has fallen behind can catch up faster than he ever could in a crowded classroom. We find out where he is at enrollment and build his plan from there.
Future Men is accredited by Cognia. Students earn high school credits, make up what they may have missed at home and work toward graduating with a diploma in hand.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, your son works at a local business learning a trade. He learns to show up on time, take direction from a boss and see every job through to the end. Those are the habits that will carry him through every job he ever holds.

Every day has a plan. Free time goes to homework, work hours, the weight room and one-on-one discipleship, so there is little room for old habits.

Life on campus
Yes, that’s a raccoon.
Founder Aaron Boldman is a Missouri state-licensed wildlife rehabilitator, so injured raccoons, owls and deer are a normal part of campus life.
Add basketball, the weight room, chores, firewood, the lake and days out in the Ozarks. Every one of them teaches a student to show up, work hard and care about something other than himself.

This is a big decision, and you deserve straight answers. Read the questions parents ask most, then start the application. Admissions calls you within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays.
Who is Future Men for?
Boys and young men ages 14 to 20 whose families want them to grow in faith, finish school and learn to work, with Christian men holding them accountable every day. Our admissions team reviews every situation individually to decide whether Future Men is the right fit. Is it the right fit?
How long is the program?
A typical stay is 9 to 18 months. Admission is year-round, and emergency placements are available on request. The right length of stay is part of the admissions conversation.
How will we stay connected?
After a three-week settling-in period, every student has a scheduled weekly family call, monitored by staff. Parents have a scheduled call with staff every other week, starting right away. Parents can reach out whenever they need to and are encouraged to visit. How families stay connected.
What does tuition look like?
Tuition is $6,300 per month. There is a separate $2,000 nonrefundable admission charge that is not credited toward tuition. Families may withdraw at any time without notice. Tuition and fees are not refunded. Full tuition details.

Is Future Men a therapy program?
No. Future Men is Christian mentoring and discipleship. We do not provide licensed therapy or psychiatric care. Our admissions team reviews every situation individually.
How do you keep students safe?
Future Men is registered with the Missouri Department of Social Services under the state residential care facility law, every adult completes state-required background checks, and staff live on campus. Anyone can report a concern to the Missouri Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-392-3738. Safety and oversight.
