The FM model for change is called Positive Peer Culture (PPC), which asserts that young people can develop self-worth, significance, dignity, and responsibility only as they become committed to the positive values of serving and caring for others.
Outdoor activities at FM are designed to play a role in leadership development and character maturation as part of a teenager’s development as a whole person. Every teen is encouraged to play adventure activities because of the valuable life skills that can be learned.
