  2. 02Supervise daily life, school, work and recreation
  3. 03Teach and tutor students in their coursework

  5. 05Hold students accountable every day with admonition, encouragement and discipleship

Three pillars, one year

A mentor serves in all three.

Every week at Future Men holds Christian discipleship, accredited academics and trade work. Mentors are part of all of it.

    Christian discipleship

Bible studies, church together every Sunday, vulnerable one-on-one conversations and consistent accountability with the students.
