Privacy Policy
Families trust us with sensitive information. This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.
Updated
Who we are
This website, helpmyboy.com, and the parent portal at parents.helpmyboy.com are operated by Future Men, 2000 Deer Lane, Kirbyville, MO 65679 ("Future Men," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@futuremen.net.
Information you give us
- Inquiry forms. Your name, email, phone, your son's age, your state and anything you choose to tell us about your son. We use this only to respond to you and evaluate whether Future Men is a fit.
- Enrollment. Information needed to enroll and care for a student, collected through our enrollment paperwork.
- Parent portal. Account details for parents and guardians, messages you send to staff, and billing records.
The online application
When you complete the online student application, your answers are stored in the parent portal database. The fields for a Social Security number, insurance policy number and driver's license number are encrypted. Future Men staff review the answers to respond to you and to evaluate whether Future Men is an appropriate fit for your son.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived) using privacy-respecting analytics and call tracking. We use this to understand which pages help families and to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate our school, communicate with families and process tuition payments. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, email, secure database and payment processing), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
Payments
Tuition payments in the parent portal are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are never stored on our servers.
Student privacy
Student information in the parent portal is visible only to that student's authorized parents or guardians and to authorized Future Men staff. Student names and photos are never published on the public website without written parental consent.
Security and retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have given us by emailing info@futuremen.net. Some records (for example, academic transcripts and financial records) must be retained by law.
Children
This website is intended for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with a new date.
